Who handles your information

Enquiries and indicative fee requests
We collect the details you submit to respond to your enquiry or fee request. Fee requests ask for your name, work email, organisation and role. Steve reviews requests and sends the fee sheet personally. There is no automatic fee reveal and no automatic marketing subscription. Enquiry and fee-request records are retained for 24 months.
Updates and consent
Updates require a separate, unticked opt-in. Subscription records are retained until you unsubscribe. Email hello@cybersecuritylink.com.au to unsubscribe. Enquiries and subscriptions are recorded separately.
Website providers
The production website uses Cloudflare for hosting, Turnstile and Web Analytics, and Google Workspace for email and storage. Form submissions are intended to pass from a Cloudflare Pages Function to Google Apps Script for logging in Google Sheets and email delivery to Steve. These providers may process information outside Australia.
Analytics and cookies
The approved production analytics service is Cloudflare Web Analytics, without analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not part of the approved configuration. Only essential cookies are intended. This review preview does not confirm that production services have been connected.

Email hello@cybersecuritylink.com.au. Privacy complaints will be acknowledged within five business days. Include enough information to identify the matter, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
